Our long lease agreements are directly between the you, the property owner, and Stef & Philips. Our rents are guaranteed for the duration of the lease and our specialist teams work with our local authority, charity and housing association partners to let the accommodation.

Our dedicated field and office teams take care of all maintenance, service and support for your property for the entire length of the lease.
